Henjo is a Swedish industrial company with a long tradition and strong technical expertise. Since its inception in 1945, we have evolved in line with the needs of the industry – from a local blacksmith in Ljungby to a modern master company in advanced sheet metal processing. Our history is the foundation of who we are today: a reliable and flexible partner for customers with high demands on quality, delivery reliability and service.
The company was founded by Henry Johansson in 1945 as a blacksmith. As the demand for traditional forging gradually decreased, we took an early step towards sheet metal processing. A crucial choice came in 1987, when we, as pioneers in laser cutting in Sweden, invested in new technology and at the same time took the name Henjo.
Since then, development has continued with a focus on technology, efficiency and systematic approach – always with the customer’s needs at the center.
Behind the technology are the people. At Henjo, all employees are involved in the company’s development and future. We work actively with education, skills development and a safe working environment where each individual has a personal development plan that is followed up annually. This is an important part of our long-term goal: 100% delivery reliability.
Henjo works with a modern and flexible machinery for laser cutting, bending, welding, painting and assembly. Through technology, automation and structured flows, we create high quality and stable delivery.
Sustainability is a natural part of our way of working. From environmentally friendly powder coating to systematic quality and environmental work according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, we work long-term to reduce our impact and create sustainable solutions.
Today, Henjo specializes in the manufacture of complete sheet metal structures in small series, with a special focus on thin and medium-thick sheet metal. We are a subcontractor to many Swedish industrial companies, including trucks, construction equipment and other demanding industries.
